kitchen, The large covered terrace over looks the beach with easy access
to the rooftop patio which offers panoramic views of the bay.

Reservation
Deposit & Final Payment: 50% deposit due within
14 days of reservation and will be reciprocated with a confirmation letter
and directions to the property. Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation
Policy: Refund available with a 90 day notice before
arrival less 10% administration fee. Less than 90 day notice before
arrival, refund is available only upon rebooking of reserved dates less
10% administration fee.
