   The Palapa Penthouse------------

The open air palapa penthouse sleeps two people in a canopy style queen size bed.  It has a beautiful mosaic tiled fully equipped kitchen with built in BBQ.  The views are spectacular from the third floor overlooking the bay, mountains and pool.

Jan 04 - Dec 19: $140.00 US/night  
Dec 20 - Jan 03: $170.00 US/night
 

 
Reservation Deposit & Final Payment:  50% deposit due within 14 days of reservation and will be reciprocated with a confirmation letter and directions to the property.  Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  Refund available with a 90 day notice before arrival less 10% administration fee.  Less than 90 day notice before arrival, refund is available only upon rebooking of reserved dates less 10% administration fee.

Check In:  3:00 pm----Check Out: 12:00 pm

Flight Schedule:  Airline, flight number and arrival time is required at least one week before arrival
