One Bedroom Suites

All suites have queen size beds, full kitchens and are nicely decorated. There are two suites on the 1st floor and two on the 2nd, all with their own appeal. The 2nd floor suites both have a partial view of the bay and pool, as well as, a great ocean breeze. The 1st floor suites are located next to the pool, one with air conditioning.

Rates & Reservation Details
Jan 04 - Dec 19:	$110.00 US/night
Dec 20 - Jan 03:	$140.00 US/night

Reservation Deposit & Final Payment:  50% deposit due within 14 days of reservation and will be reciprocated with a confirmation letter and directions to the property.  Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  Refund available with a 90 day notice before arrival less 10% administration fee.  Less than 90 day notice before arrival, refund is available only upon rebooking of reserved dates less 10% administration fee.

Check In:  3:00 pm----Check Out: 12:00 pm

Flight Schedule:  Airline, flight number and arrival time is required at least one week before arrival
